Responsibilities
1.To work closely with customers and related department to process the customer
orders and make sure the timely delivery
2.To execute customer service standards, order processing procedure, and
support the implementation of SAP
3.To timely transact and fulfill customer orders, work with sales/logistic/warehouse to solve disputes
4.To manage customers’ requirements, and provide timely feedback to
customers’enquiries
5.To evaluate and improve customer service performance
